From Taylor, who checked me in, to Ashley, my assigned clinician, I felt welcome, and my questions were answered. Ashley especially showed a lot of patience even when I asked silly questions that she admitted she had never heard before. "A little pricey for renting "used", not in really good shape foot scooter. My dad had to fix the break, the basket was rusted, the knee pads had cigarette burn holes in the fake leather and when I picked it up it wasn't even cleaned off, mud all over the tires it was filthy. Should have been a $100 deposit then a $50 month rental."

And trust me when I describe all of present day choice -driven consumers' market places as real life and very unforgiving forums for aggressive competition and their survivability ! It was only after patiently waiting for over THREE WEEKS to be informed by a gentleman there who wasn't even assigned to my Primary Doctor's prescription that it appeared nothing had been accomplished of any significance. Any firm that can have any of their assigned staff leave their potential customers in the dark about important health care choices so long is far too laid back to deserve valued support from any of us ! By stark contrast is my total satisfaction with Marra's Homecare . They , in just only THREE WORK DAYS completed my order , gave a very thorough presentation of how to properly use the cutting edge equipment , took the time to get to know my wife and I on a personal level like friends rather than some cut and dry sale ! Marra's staff , to a person whom we had the pleasure to work with were very cognizant of the absence of attention we were exposed to with BRAND X and made it part of their work to rectify that bad experience we had which was not their doing . REAL CLASS ALL THE WAY ! From the initial 2 calls with Terry who gave me insight into the process and must have greatly helped expedite the process , to Ariane who coordinated with my Health Insurance Company very quickly with contacts and specifications from my Doctor , and certainly last but most especially to Christina who spent all that time with us and made a very outstanding presentation on how to use/take care of/replenish and understand the very up to date equipment to make our lives so much better . What a wonderfully better experience was completed in just THREE BUSINESS DAYS with Marra's Homecare ! Thank you all ."

"They are Not very reliable. They give you an ETA on the repairman, and he does Not show in that time period given."

"Horrible people to work with. They lie, they defraud and they do not follow up on appointments or promises. Over six weeks since my hospital bed broke but I'm still waiting for a repair. They made an appointment to come out this afternoon but when I called them at 3:30, after waiting all day, they said they had decided they couldn't make it - no call to let us know."
