"TERRIBLE I very rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this office has been one of the worst healthcare experiences of my life. I went in for a basic physical, they sent me to a lab for bloodwork, but did not properly submit the lab form or the insurance claim. I have a bill for $1000 for routine bloodwork for a physical exam. We have tried to resolve this for one year, but we have not been able to because the receptionist at the doctor's office hangs up on us, and hangs up on the insurance company. The office never submitted my office visit, so there is no record of it. To the insurance company, it looks like I just walked into the lab for bloodwork on my own so I have to pay for it. I am out $1000, but it will be worth it if I can spare others from going to this poorly run office."
