"Mammogram appointment at a 1130am why am I just leaving at 3pm. The mammography tech was nice. The medical receptionist was pleasant and helpful. My one star is for the wait time!"

"When a woman goes in for a Mamogram not always is for routine, sometimes is because there is a suspicion of cancer. All patients deserve the most respect and kindness. My mother had the worse experience. The lady who assisted her yesterday 10.6.22- was rough, unkind, and treated her so bad that today my mother has pain in her upper body due to the pulling. I understand a Mam is not the most comfortable procedure but at times the right words can mild the discomfort. I'd suggest professionalism classes be performed to all staff. We are never going back in that office!"

"The site manager Rosemary is horrible, she has the nastiest attitude and is very rude to the patients. She lives to gossip and make folks feel beneath her, you can tell she is miserable. DDI fell off and they need to get a better management team, don't be cheap and hire quality folks."
