"RUN? Horrible hospital. If you have Medicaid they will admit you to clear the ER, once in a room you will be forgotten and told 100 different LIES! Once your family complains, Carol will come in and reassure you that you don't have to worry about a bill because Medicaid has you covered. She will also use the scare tactic of telling you you have something critical going on so you shouldn't go to another hospital. Meanwhile the DR. Is saying it's false and he doesn't understand why she would do that."

"The worst doctor experience I have ever had iny life. I highly recommend you avoid Dr. Ilan Seth Weisberg and this hospital at all cost. I had a referral to him for an endoscopy, booked my appointment and was put on a waiting list. I waited a painful month for my appointment. I took off of work paid $40 for a cab, hadn't eaten or had a drink in over 8 hours, and upon arrival was told my appointment was merely a "consultation". I did not wait this long for a consultation and already had a referral from another doctor. I decided to wait anyway and see what the doctor had to say. The appointment was at 9:30 am. I wasn't seen by the physician's assistant until 10:10 am. After the PA left, I was stuck sitting in a room alone for over 15 minutes. The PA came in twice to assure me the doctor was coming. As of 10:45 am I still had not seen the doctor. I decided to leave as I was no longer interested in receiving services from this doctor or staff. The entire time staff was not helpful and when I explained my situation I was met with half hearted "sorries". This is not a place the respects you, your time, or seem to care you are in pain/dealing with medical issues. Avoid at all cost."

"I came in here this morning for a General Surgery consultation appointment. But when I checked on the kiosk, the appointment was not found. I was directed to go to the Reception. The receptionist was very nice. I showed her the text message about my appointment and told her that I even e-checked in last Saturday. She communicated with the Unit supervisor and was told that they already spoke to me that I needed to be seen first by a Urologist. But they LIED because I didn’t receive any call regarding this. If I did, why would I waste my time to come in here without having been seen by a Urologist first. It’s so unfair that I had to leave work early just to be here and not be seen at all. If they just had called me, I should have asked my PCP to give me a Urology Referral and would have already booked an appointment. Very frustrating that they just canceled my General Surgery consultation appointment without prior notice. No respect for other people’s time at all."
