"This review is primary in response to the poorly run front desk and reception department. After Angana Homchaudhri left, I started to see NP Jordan Foster, who I happen to like very much. However, she is NEVER available. I have tried to see her numerous times over the last 3 years and I cannot seem to get an appointment. Last year (2020) I called with emergency pain, reception would not give me an appointment, and I was forced to go to an Urgent Care Center where I was poorly diagnosed and later ended up in the hospital with appendicitis. Now- had I been given an appointment with MY physician I'm sure I would not have been left in pain for days and landing in an emergency room. When I called to get an appointment with Jordan Forster to follow up with my hospital visit, I was dismissed AGAIN by reception and given another doctor via "FaceTime." That was pointless as the Doctor did not know me nor, could they "do anything over the phone." Fast forward to 2021, I called to see Jordan Foster again, as I was recently in a car accident and would like for her to look over the bruising and possibly refer for an x-ray. But yet again, reception told me Jordan Foster was not available and the next appt. I could get was 3 weeks away!!! I insisted on seeing someone sooner as I was JUST IN A CAR ACCIDENT!!! The receptionist Laura was non sympathetic and dismissive. She said "at this point I haven't see Jordan Foster in 2.5 years and in 6 months would be considered a new patient." Well who's fault is that??? Every time I call, I cannot get an appointment. Laura was unwilling to help me or refer me to someone else. I'm now in pursuit of another office. Poorly managed office with a true lack of patient care and consideration!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY"

"My family has been coming to this facility for 20+ years and recently we have not been treated well by staff and by physicians. The women who currently work at the reception desk are very rude and suddenly refuse to bill our copays to us despite us having them billed to us for years and not having any balance on them let alone an outstanding balance that would reasonably prohibit them from doing this. The nurse practitioner I used to see at this facility does not take me or my pain seriously, does not address the reasons I come to see her, and I do not feel that she cares about my health when I visit her. With the neurologist I used to see at this office, Diane Crisan, I had my appointment cancelled several times and had to wait weeks to be re-scheduled. She was very helpful the first time I saw her and referred me to another place to have an MRI. My second appointment with her was supposed to be 6 weeks away from the first one but it got re-scheduled by the office to another month away, I had to wait 3 weeks for her to review my MRI and she prescribed me antibiotics for a sinus infection that I did not have and tried to convince me to take something that would make other medications I'm currently taking inaffective, I did not want them but she sent them to my pharmacy anyways. She did not take me seriously and insisted that the health problems I have are my own fault and that I need to lose weight, while ignoring that I am unable to exercise for more than 5 minutes without being dizzy, in extreme pain, or fainting, and I had lost a very unhealthy amount of weight recent to the time I saw her. She forced me to take home several humiliating pamphlets about nutrition and scheduled me another appointment without my consent after I said that I did not want to see her again. I am never coming to this office again if I can help it and will try to find another place to go."
