"Hampton Bays- The girl at the front desk needs some training in customer service, Doesn't make eye contact, doesn't address you just talks into the air, rude. Maybe you can purchase a customer service course two for one and the RN can go with her. I have had a past GREAT experience there before. The PA was acceptable though and the place was clean. The person on the contact line should go with them. I say thank you have a nice day and they just hang up. Healthcare in America."

"I was misdiagnosed. It WAS NOT viral it was bacterial . I should have been given antibiotics as I requested several times . I went to the ENT emergency who removed 2 absess in my mouth immediately assigned me antibodics and steroids because he was concerned of staff ."
