"Beth was very accommodating and professional when finding home care for my dad during our short stay in NY for the holidays. I called her a few days before we arrived because assisted living fell through and she was able to help is out. The only suggestion I would have is that they should try to send the same 1 or 2 caregivers so that my dad would be used to them and vice versa. It’s hard to feel comfortable with a different person each time."

"Everyone at Home Instead has been excellent. The service from the girls in the office to the Companions that come and help my mom that has ALZ. They are all very patient and caring. They offer to take her out, even for just a drive. They tidy up her apt and know which music channels she likes to hear, they even dance with her. The office is very accommodating to our schedules and they are also giving me notice if anything changes. Thank you for helping me have piece of mind and helping my mom from being alone."
