"I went to visit my father today i was able to bring my dog which was a breeze. The clients loved him and he showed loved right back. My father at noon time was still in the bed. Breakfast wasn’t even touched. They are a few awesome workers there. Kudos to rose on g unit and eddie and micheal mackie. Thank you for all your hard work. PT needs more employees. To have PT work until 7pm is so unacceptable."
"Stephani at nurse station was extremely HELPFULL. Courteous, patient, and kind. Answered all question I had related to my brother’s care. She also is going to communicate with the primary physician on medication that can help my brother get comfortable and rest at night."
"Front desk staff not very welcoming. Communication is lacking with Dr.'s and Social worker for families with patients in care . All I can say is. THANK GOD for Samantha Cuomo. Without her, I would have moved the patient out of the facility."
"Went to visit a dear friend Julie and many of the ones who worked there were very kind and accommodating. There was a security guard who was very sweet and did what he could to make sure we had a nice experience."
"All of the staff members - front desk, nurses, aides, PT, therapeutic recreation have been helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately the room had not been cleaned prior to check-in. The food is expectedly uninspiring. I hope that it will improve after my today’s conversation with the chief Clinical Dietitian."
