"Super disappointed. I called on a Tuesday asking for the next available appointment for a Hydrafacial which they then booked me for 2pm that Thursday. I showed up a couple of minutes before my appointment and checked in at the front desk. They then proceeded to put me in another room to fill out paperwork and told me the girl doing my facial is on her lunch break and shut the door. 15 minutes go by so I then go back to the front desk to confirm my appointment time, to which the front desk replied that my appointment was at 2pm, and it's been a busy day and that the girl doing my facial is taking her lunch break right now while acting as if I'm inconveniencing them. I told her my time was also valuable and I made an appointment for a reason. I was then put in a back room until it was 40 minutes after my appointment time and no one had apologized or even come into the room. I then left. I truly can't believe how unprofessional this was. No one has even reached out to correct the situation. Will never be returning here. Response to owner's comment: This is extremely below expectations. If your team was simply running behind, a phone call would've been appreciated. I received a call hours after I had left asking to reschedule, not before. I too have a busy schedule with clients before the holidays, if you couldn't fit clients into your schedule, please don't offer them an appointment time."
