"I made an appointment to see the OB with a confirmation email and upon arrival the receptionist said, somehow the appointment was deleted. Without causing a fuss, I agreed to reschedule. Then me and my husband had back-to-back appts to see Dr. Mockler. I told the receptionist over the phone I was running a few minutes behind due to traffic. I walked in the door just as the minute changed from 9:05 to 9:06. I waited another 5 minutes before they confirmed the doctor was unwilling to see me. Even though my husband was 25 minutes early for the next appointment. We had to drop off our kids, drive 40 minutes, take time off of work and there was no consideration for us. At the same time, we could hear the other receptionist asking a patient to change their appt around the doctor's schedule. We now go to NYU in Bridgehampton and have had a wonderful experience. While frustrating, it worked out for the best because Dr. Mockler's approach is not how I want to be treated."
"Saw Dr Pastore. She was thorough, professional and has an excellent bedside manner. Extremely knowledgeable and confident. Great wellness visit"
"Practitioners are great. Thorough and easy to talk to. Staff is nice and inviting. Would recommend to everyone."
"Be aware - this place is a total joke. I should have known by the glossy tabloid magazines on the tables, clearly trying to cater to a certain look rather than focus on the quality of care for patients. I arrived here with my father (mobility challenged and all) for a primary care appointment to be turned away because the doctor we scheduled with was "too busy with virtual appointments." Admittedly we were a bit late (the cardiology appointment he had immediately before ran long, nothing we could do about that) The person at the front desk was incredibly rude, hiding behind the desk and not even bothering to get up and say hello despite the entire place being empty except for us! He simply suggested we come back another day - mind you we are two people, the patient and I, having taken time off work to bring him here and sit through the appointment with him. Do you know what it takes to get someone who had a stroke dressed out the door, into the car and into an office that isn't well setup for mobility challenged? (the handicap parking is on the opposite side of the building from the entrance ... makes no sense) But, yeah I'll just come back another day .... Don't waste your time trying to go here to develop a genuine relationship with a primary care doctor, patients will be better off to find another provider."
