"Today I approached to ask a question about where I could go for laboratory tests if they had a specific place and the receptionist was the most rude and angry person just for approaching me to ask, very angry, she told me you should know where to go. . and I don't collaborate in anything"

"Was running about 15 minutes late for a follow up appointment, received a text message that my appointment was cancelled when I was less than a half mile away from the office. I immediately called to find out if I could still be seen and was left on a very brief hold. I pulled into the parking lot and parked. The receptionist came back and told me that I’d have to reschedule, and reiterated that even after I told her I was parked in the parking lot. The voice recording while on hold boasted their “compassion,” and “humanity,” for their patients. My 3 minute phone call is proof that “compassion,” or “humanity,” exists nowhere in their corporate structure."

How rude and inconsiderate. If I'd have been an hour or more late, I wild never be taken in. Why make appointments if you cannot keep close to the time slot you're offering?"

I have gone to urgent care 3 times this year because no one at this office can see me. Ridiculous. I have been a patient of dr fiumano for almost 20 years. Not anymore!!!!!!!!!!"
