"They refused to see my mother (a heart patient and a patient of the practice for 30 years) in person because of "Covid symptoms". She had a cough but tested negative for covid multiple times and has been fully vaccinated. They offered her a "telehealth" appointment, but how can the doctor listen to her lungs over the computer? This is totally unacceptable and what I do not want in a doctor for my elderly and medically compromised mother. The office staff was and has previously been unpleasant to deal with. Very unprofessional practice."

"A horrible excuse for a medical facility. I've noticed several blatant HIPPA violations throughout my unfortunate time using this facility, and they are lucky that I do know know the proper channels to report such impropriety. They are a staff of uncaring, nasty, rude people who has absolutely no compassion or even care for their patients, and often leave phones off the hook to ring for hours. My entire family used to visit this practice but we slowly all have left for a multitude of reasons, mine however is that when I called with a life threatening emergency I was brushed off by a receptionist with a nasty attitude who blamed me for their lack of information on my situation. I can not warn potential patients enough that this facility will leave you frustrated and you will, without fail, leave in worse condition than when you arrived. This office does not care about it's patients or their privacy. Avoid at all costs."

"The doctors are great but the office staff is horrible. They over book appointments, have limited hours they answer their phones, and tend to be rude. It is not uncommon to wait an hour or more to be seen."
