"My realtor in NY who comes highly recommended had recommended to use this company in which the policy was purchased. However the way it was completed was very disorganized and unsatisfactory at times with their overall customer service and attitude which left a sour taste. However the office manager whom I dealt with was nice but now 2 months after purchasing the policy in full they're just now asking me follow up questions when they should've done that as soon as they received payment seems like they don't give a phuck or they're careless which both are very worrisome and disheartening."
