"This place will cancel/reschedule every single appointment you will ever have here. Ridiculously unprofessional. Bounces you around from therapist to therapist, prescribing multiple medications at once without proper diagnoses. They will cancel your appt 30 minutes before. If i could give them 0 stars i would. This place is a literal disgrace i cannot believe that they are supposed to help another persons wellbeing"

"Just another place to scam your health insurance while not doing anything to help you or your issues. Your just a paycheck for them. If you dont have insurance they want nothing to do with you. They also say face masks are mandatory however the staff doesn't wear masks. Hypocrites."

"Do not go here. I was discriminated against for being bisexual, my "doctor" withheld medications and then told me that she hoped I had "learned my lesson". (I saw like 3 doctors here, they were all awful). When I brought up concerns to my therapist about things I was concerned were going on with me (potential diagnosis based on... you know... my symptons) I was dismissed. Do not go here. It will do more damage than it will help. Please go anywhere but here. This is garbage."

"Absolute worst experience I have ever had and I have been seeing physiatrist for ten years. France is the receptionist and not only did she know my hours and still tell me I could get an appointment and had me wait weeks to hear from her- She told me that I could just walk into the office and fill out my information but when I took time out of my day to show up she turned me away and said she was “too busy” even though it was exactly when she had asked me to come and to come back at HER earliest convenience. When she finally called to set me up with an appointment she then told me I could not see anyone simply because I could not take off work to do so. She knew my hours did not line up with those of an intake appointment for WEEKS and still chose to keep me waiting and expect me to just take off work without telling me it would be nessacary. I just started a new job and cannot take off yet and she knew this as well. This has now delayed me getting the help that I NEED just to FUNCTION for no reason at all other than sheer ignorance and indifference. When I called back to try and understand why she had me come in to give my information if my hours did not work with the office, and she promptly hung up the phone on me mid conversation. Most unprofessional woman I have ever spoken to and if she is the representation for this buisness, speaking from the point of view of someone who needs help this place is suppose to provide, than this is absolutely the worst and the absolute last place you should turn to. ABOSLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND YOU WILL BE STUCK ON A WAITING LIST FOR NOTHING. THEY EXPECT YOU TO TAKE OFF WORK AND IF YOU CANT THEN THEY SAY TOO BAD. IF YOU NEED HELP AND NEED IT NOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
