"I never had a bad experience with the VA. That’s until I started using the New York VA system. Northport needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The satellite offices need to be shut down and restructured. Way to many issues across the board. Better to start from the ground up"

"I have been coming here since they opened. It's a very clean, new office. They have a lab on site and if you go in the A M they send your blood draw up to VA North Port and the lab work is ready the next day for your appointment at North Port VA. Very friendly, courteous and professional."

Bayshore staff should hold seminars at Northport VA and hopefully some of their professionalism will rub off on northport primary care physicians. At Bayshore they listen and respond. At northport they seem to hate the job , resent the veterans, and either don't listen or believe they do not need to communicate with the veterans. I am grateful for having Dr Burney as my primary care physician"
