"Always takes his time with me. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable expressing my concerns. Been with Dr. Muratori for over 30yrs and hope to continue to see him for as long as possible. AA+ DR. For me The answering service has to be the worst service anyone would pay for. Messages seem to never get through to the Dr./ main office. I've waited days with now call back. Only way I seem to get a message through is by hitting #2 ( I think) to speak to a nurse saying you don't feel good. Then I'll get a call that day. Pretty annoying especially if your waiting for important results. Love the office workers. Dr. Muratori is and has always been a very compatianate and understanding Dr. You need to find a new answering service because this one is HORRIBLE ! Other patients I spoke to all say the same. Use to be so easy when the office actually answered the phone and I always knew who I was talking to. 30 yrs later, times sure have changed. Gary"

Office is very clean and appointments are convenient and they get you out in a timely fashion. One of the added bonuses is that lab is in office so you don't have to go to another location to get blood work done!"
