"I would give 0. The worst customer service. Transfered over seas, over and over. Can not get my records for isub insurance. If I have a need with medical records and that medical facility sends calls over seas why would I deal with that company. And yes, I called Sayville and went to over seas. Disgraceful! Last call the man from over seas got an American woman that works in America, she can't help either. I will literally have to go to main office on Monday. This is outrageous! Bring Cust service back to America. I will go to Orlon & Cohen for PT where I always get an American employee to help with my needs!"
