"My appt was at 12:30. There was delay being seen and then delay connecting with teledoc. After all the delays and time spent I was never informed the my insurance was out of network. I asked about my coverage at the beginning of appt and was informed it was accepted. No mention of it being out of network. Then after all delays and time spent picking out glasses . I was quoted prices which were way more then I have paid in prior years . I again asked about my coverage and was informed that coverage must have changed. Again another failed opportunity to inform me that this was out of network. Also I was not informed of the mandatory additional test which I was charged $49 for. Proper communication goes a long way. Very poor communication which is not fair to a customer"
"The optical manager and the sales employee Mikhail were absolutely amazing. The entire experience was a 10/10. Both employees were extremely kind, patient, and considerate. I will be making Target Optical in Sayville my permanent eye doctor’s office all thanks to both those wonderful employees. I received a great deal and urge others to go here!"
"The people who helped me were nice but in the online forms I filled out I started I needed an eye exam due to me being a diabetic. When I arrived they did the exam but then told me they could not dilate my eyes cause no on site dr snd charged me $59 for retnal imaging because they have no dr on site. I feel they should of contacted me before I came to let me know of this especially when they have you fill out the paperwork online before you come and know full well before you get there. Now I have to get another eye exam due to this experience."
