"“I can’t accept your prescription from your email” *goes home to print it and comes back* *phlebotomist scans prescription to upload it to computer* This place is ran so backwards… first time I went a few months ago absolutely no issues accepting rx over email, which is how my dr office sent it to me in the first place. Really? Would rather sit on their phones than actually help patients. She was visibly annoyed that I ran home and came back so quickly with my rx.as if she was annoyed to help me at all."

"Don't disregard these Google reviews as I did. I am sure some people have had an ok experience but mine went exactly as all the other poor ones. First the technician expressed to me that they were "so tired". When I asked if they were ok to draw my blood they responded, "I could draw your blood in my sleep". I should've left right there. The blood draw went fine, however, like many other patients they messed up my test. After a calling my doctor several times to hear they haven't received the full results, I found out they never drew the blood for all the test they were supposed to do. Not only did they mess up but they said it was never on my referral which my doctor had a copy of. Somehow it mysteriously disappeared off the form. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to another location."

"Recently had blood work done here. I never received results so I stopped by the office as it’s impossible to reach them by phone. When I went in I was told they have no record of me, my recent visit, bloodwork, etc. Their response to their unorganized office was “your bloodwork is lost, you have to redo it”. How does this even happen? I can’t believe an office can be this unorganized and lose someone’s bloodwork."

"I am giving this location one star not as a reflection of the staff nor the expeditious organized services rendered. However, my low rating is because as a cooperation, Quest Diagnostics is falling to provide us customers / patients with a location that meets a medical facility standards. The walk in street level location located in a beautiful tree lined quiet neighborhood is deplorable to say the least. It mimics that of an abandoned office space where whatever items are left behind are all broken, chipped, wall paper peeling, missed match waiting room chairs etc. My biggest concern lies with the air conditioning being supplied to the waiting room with a portable added unit installed within the corner of the waiting room generating somewhat cool air that’s not being filtered. I asked that Quest Diagnostics renovate this location to meet the expectations of us customers."

"Went here today for a routine blood test. I was a walk-in. No appt. Place was empty except for one guy dropping something off. After signing in I was seen right away by Ashley, who was the lady who drew my blood. She was friendly and professional. She told me the place is usually busy and I timed my visit perfectly, but she suggested I make an appt. for my next visit, which I will. Five stars."
