"First and last time visiting this office. My appointment was at 9:15, I arrived at 9 to check in. Once I was called into the doctor’s office, I got undressed and waited until 10:45. That’s when a nurse came in to tell me the reason I’m waiting so long is because the doctor I made an appointment with, is in a meeting…. I told them I need to see a doctor today, as I suspected I had an infection. She told me “it’s up to you what you want to do”. Implying I could leave and go somewhere else or wait there for an unknown amount of time. I told them I already paid my $45 copay at the front desk and would like to see a doctor now. So they send in a different doctor to finally help me. She prescribed me medication for my infection. I made sure to ask on my way out that my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The girl at the desk told me it was sent. I had an event this day, so I could not make it to pick up my prescription until the evening of this same day. I was already running late due to length of time at this office. My CVS told me they never received a prescription from the doctor. I also did not see it put in on my CVS account. I could not call this office because they were closed at this time. I had to wait until the next day to call and ask them to send my prescription since they never did. The woman on the phone couldn’t even apologize for them not sending my prescription. She just told me it didn’t go through on their end. I never had such a poor experience like this at a doctor nor do I ever write reviews. If I could give this place no stars I would."

"R. Sterbutzel and Heidi Egner are very nice and professional. In my opinion the others are a bit rough around the edges-not as nice bedside manner and a little rough. Usually in and out quickly for my exams."

"For my first experience with this office, I’m not very impressed. I was a few minutes late (which was my fault, I will admit it) and when I arrived I wasn’t given a warm welcome. I was scolded for not being 15 minutes early (wasn’t informed of this when i called to make the appointment), being late, not giving a curtsey calling (sorry I was driving and didn’t have the number readily available) and how they were about to leave. They didn’t bother to call to check to see if I coming when I was past my time or if I was having a hard time finding the place being a new patient and all (which i did struggle to find the place cause the gps took me to a different building and I don’t always expect a call but since I was the last patient you would think they would check in). I apologized and said I could just re-schedule, but they still took me, even though it seemed like a huge inconvenience for them. The nurse wasn’t that inviting, got the vibe she was still annoyed that she had to stay. Rushed through weighing me and blood pressure (also weighed me with my shoes on, which in my opinion doesn’t give an accurate reading). One of the PA’s did my exam. Again felt a bit rushed, didn’t feel like my concerns (diagnosed with PCOS) were heard and she just told me the typical things you hear to “fix it”. Which if you have PCOS you’ve heard those fixes a million times and know it doesn’t always work for your body. This whole appointment maybe took 20-25 minutes, which they probably would have gotten out at the same time if I wasn’t late. Not sure if I would recommend after this visit."

"A friend of mine is a frequent patient at this location and overall loves the office. Recently she was given the doctor Heidi, and had a horrible horrible experience. When you go to a gyno, it is not a comfortable situation. She commented on her weight and made her feel horrible about herself. She made it clear she has been weight training and taking care of herself. Heidi then continued to say “ you need to do more activity than walking around a grocery store.” She went for a breast exam because she was concerned about an issue she was having- she didn’t even check thoroughly and started commenting on her weight and judging her. And to top it all off, she walked out of the office without a word, not even asking if she needed help with anything else. She didn’t even give her advice or anything ! She had to sit in the office for an extra 20 minutes because she thought the doctor was coming back but she never did. This is absurd. I cannot believe you have someone this close minded working at your establishment. I will never recommend this particular doctor to anyone. The rest of the office is great. But no one should ever experience something like this."

"Post menopausal woman - I was looking for a new doctor closer to home that would hopefully meet my needs as the baby part of my life has passed. I looked online and found Dr. O'Sullivan. Had to wait a bit for an appointment, arrived on time and waited less than 30 minutes for my appointment. Met Dr. O'Sullivan and instantly felt at ease. Here was a doctor who listened to my needs, shared her insight and actually WANTED to help with my concerns. That has been a rarity in my experience. I am grateful to have found Dr. O'Sullivan."
