"Good luck trying to get in contact with somebody. I submitted a form to be added to their wait list to receive therapy over 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried to follow up numerous times just to make sure my email was received via phone and email with no response. Every time I call, the phone just rings or I’m put on hold. Today I finally got in touch with someone and was told they’re “not in charge of emails and don’t have access”. I asked to speak to a manager and said the manager was on vacation. Horrible customer service and first impression. Will not be continuing therapy here."
"If you can get in there without them canceling it’s a so-so place I feel the mentally and physically handicapped are not catered too? My son’s last two appointments have been canceled by LISH!!"
