"I should have read the reviews prior to coming here. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I was told that I cannot use the bathroom and I must go home and return with a sample. I waited over an hour just to be sent home. I will never use Quest again."

"May 18,202 at 12:50pm A Hispanic woman at the front desk was very aggressive and rude. I actually thought she was going to hit me. She was upset because i came in at 12:50pm. Yesterday i came at 1pm and i was told to come at anytime before 1pm. And im here and the woman here is screaming at me . She even cursed at me . BY THE WAY , I saw other ppl reviews basically saying the same thing. And the owner only says IM SORRY OR I ,WE APOLOGIES."

"I arrived at 6:00am on a Friday. I did not have an appointment so I expected to wait a while. However, I did not see a living soul anywhere. I think I was the only person in the entire building. The door was looked, I was the only car in the parking lot. I didn’t wait long because I didn’t have a good feeling about being there alone. Open times are posted as 6am Monday-Friday. If that isn’t accurate update the website and the door. I went up to the Commack location and they were open and welcoming, and I was done in 5 minutes despite being a walk-in."

"The woman who drew my blood did a great job. Check in on my phone was quick and easy. On the other hand there was a young woman checking people in.. very unprofessional about people coming in without masks. Masks are not mandatory most places so I can understand why someone would come in without one. Instead of just having a box of masks ready to go she was very rude to the couple people that didn’t have one and made a point to say, loudly “anyone that comes here without a mask needs to reschedule, they will not be seen”. I’m not sure who she is to make that call but just seems ridiculous. As an emergency room nurse, just give the person a mask and move on. Your notice very clearly says masks are recommended, required per state which NY is not one. There is no need to speak to people like that.."

"Well like other reviews I've seen. The receptionist is very rude both ladies actually. If you're getting bad reviews. I would suggest firing these two ladies and replacing them with people that actually enjoy their job? They do the bare minimum. How are you upset when your office is Never full? While doing the bare minimum? Also while not getting people in on time for their appointments? This is very sad. If you don't like working with people don't work with them. I just don't get it."
