"The receptionist is the rudest and most miserable human being I have never had the pleasure of speaking or dealing with. I understand people have bad days, but this was the topping on why we will not be returning to office and will find another doctor. One the receptionist doesn't understand one lick of English. As for the doctor, maybe you need to re-evaluate your receptionist professional or is that your wife? I said nothing nasty, nor anything for this receptionist to speak the way she did and the dr had no idea what was going on, and decided to just take his employees side. Making it look like it was all me when really the receptionist was gaslighting my grandmother. Didn't anyone teach you to respect your elders? So you have been warned, no one deserves to be treated like that, especially when you work in the medical field. Another dr that only cares about getting paid and not his career or well being of his patients. And thank your "wonderful" receptionist for all this. I would give 0 stars if possible."
