"My experience at Dr. Sokol's office was incredibly disappointing. On my first visit, the staff argued with me in front of a waiting room full of people about HIPAA-protected information that I was trying to discuss discreetly. They seemed unconcerned about my privacy or feelings and continued arguing. They made errors on my paperwork, refused to correct them, and a medical assistant even tried to give me medical advice despite not being a doctor. Both times I visited, my prescriptions were not called in, and when I called to follow up, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was repeatedly given the wrong documentation, and despite promising to email the corrected forms, they refused to do so, contradicting their earlier claims. The office manager was unhelpful, and when I tried to explain my concerns, she literally yelled at me. Despite requesting to see Dr. Sokol, I was ignored and instead seen by the PA who continued to make mistakes with my prescriptions. My mother also had a terrible experience when she called on my behalf; she was treated rudely and asked who had referred us to such an unprofessional office. I still don't have the correct paperwork or my medication, and at this point, I just want my records so I can find another provider where I will be treated with respect and seen by the actual doctor. I do not recommend this office to anyone. I’m"

"Dr. Sokol is a very attentive, experienced and highly professional and competent doctor. I would certainly without any hesitation recommend Dr. Sokol if you face a surgery or need outstanding treatment with the best possible outcome."

"Warning about the office of Dr. Sokol - extremely unprofessional/rude office staff. Poorly teained on customer service and grossly incompetent. The staff purposefully mislead patients and repeatedly submit specimens to the lab that is NOT participating with any insurances for a kick back. As a result, the patients receive what is called a " surprise billing". The office personnel refuses to take any responsibility for their mistakes/actions. As a healthcare professional with many years of experience, I would strongly advise against using this provider."

"Dr Sokol is the best for urology problems his staff Dr Donna Kapland is very knowledgeable and patient to answer all your questions and concerns. After the appointments, test and medication Dr Sokol took the time out to see me and tell me if I had any other questions or concerns and told me i was doing fine.I will see you in six months. His staff and all the receptionist were all pleasant and making sure if any changes or problems before my next appointment I can just call. Thanks to all you guys are the best."
