"Worst doctor on the planet...I take blood thinners and need blood tests to make sure I'm taking enough and not to much or to little and they would never give me my results over the phone, I would have to take another day off just to say ok you're good, hitting my ins. And charging another copay...and if I didn't go back I'd get the results at my next visit a month later...don't go here. P.s. that lady at the front desk is soooo nasty too!!"

"My father went here for the first time recently for a scan of his hand. It's been 5 months, and we haven't received the results, nor a follow up from the doctor. We were also hit with an out-of-network fee, even though we confirmed the office network status prior to the appointment. Overall a horrible medical experience. In the words of Tyra Banks: It is so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one."

"In reference to negative review of patient,I saw him first time in office,took good history and examined him,reviewed his MRI report which stated small disc bulge,no disc herniation then advice to get PT,see pain mgt but refuse and ask for valium. He Showed me urgent care Md giving 1dose of valium to him.Since I refuse to give valium he walked out of office,started cursing in waiting rm about me.I just follow what my medical education teaches me.Its vvv sad that you get criticize for doing right thing for your pt.But am not going to get discouraged what wrong they say as I follow my medical principles."

"If I could give negative 5 stars I would! She is the most inconsiderate and arrogant Doctor I've ever met. I showed her MRI results showing that I have 4 herniated disks and she told me it was all in my head and I should see a psychiatrist even though I had two other medical doctors tell me I do have 4 herniated/bulging disk plus arthritis and degenerative joint disease but she said it was all in my head. She is a terrible human being and should not be allowed to practice medicine. Please never go to her for your own safety!!!"

"I'm no fault and DR. V. CHAKOTE shows no care for anyone of his patients, he's always late anywhere from an hr to 2 hrs. When you finely see him he's always answering his cell phone, for personal calls. As of right now I'm the his first patient and he was supposed to be here at 11am he's still not here and it will be 40 minutes that he's late. Still waiting he's still not here and he's now a hr and half late and told his staff he'll be here in 10 minutes 30 minutes ago."
