"The staff is impatient, and unempathetic about the concerns of patients and their family members. I am not from the local area but my father is a patient of Dr. Galanti. I called regarding known COVID exposure for my elderly father and testing locations. The nurse on-call on Saturday afternoon chose to hang up on me instead of providing helpful information or being helpful at all. She insisted on calling the CDC hotline, which I am well aware of. If you don't want to show up to work and do your job, then don't come to work."
