"Horrible institution. Disorganized, Small, and with a complete disregard for punctuality. I had a 10:15 appointment, and it was my first time coming to this doctor, I arrived at 10am and filled out all the forms by 10:15. When signing in I was the ONLY NAME without a check next to it and one of 3 people in the waiting room. I waited 2 HOURS and watched as countless patients entered, checked in and visited their doctor, all the while I was told repeatedly i'd be "the next one"or that "the room is being cleared out". I was not alone in this feeling of disregard, as another patient shortly before I myself complained, had told the front desk he was waiting for an hour and half, and to not book appointment times they cannot hold to. I had to leave without visiting the doctor as other commitments would have had to be cancelled, had I waited who knows how much longer to be seen. It is flat out disrespectful to your patients and their time, to book appointments and then ask them to wait up to 2 hours or more to get a check up, its actually unacceptable. In addition, the front desk is not helpful in any way, and act inconvenienced by you even looking their way. I will gladly seek out another doctor and you should as well."

"Don’t ever go to that place, it’s not about the doctor it’s about the staff. They are sooo nasty and disgusting. I had an appointment and when I asked the front desk I’ve been here for almost am hour, she ignored me and picked up the phone like I don’t exist. Even after she hung up, she literally ignored me again and just made another call. When I approached her to tell her why are you treating me like this. She ignored me like I’m never there. I would never go back to that place, I would never let anyone treat me like I’m not there. I pay money to see the doctor so I’m a paying customer. I should be treated with respect and dignity. You can’t treat people like that."

"Dr. Tarek Rammah is very professional and caring doctor. I am his patient for a long time but I left him in 2020 because of unprofessional approach of front desk, however I came back to Dr. Rammah in 2024 and was surprised by kindness and professionalism of the staff. I am so happy that I came back. To be honest I was struggling to find a good PCP and Dr Rammah is exceptional. I am very pleased by Dr and team members at Mercy Medical Care in Bay Ridge"
