"Dr. Pattathil has been a wonderfully thorough and attentive physician to my Octogenarian grandmother since taking her on as a new patient. Thanks to her my grandmother has made a near 180 turn-around! My only reason for not giving the doctor a 5 star is that I feel her office staff are not quite on the same level in terms of diligence. Getting someone on the phone can be quite a trial; more than once I've scheduled appointments only to have them mysteriously disappear from their calendars upon me calling to confirm and their follow up w/ physicians on faxed or faxing paperwork is very hit or miss. I've also stood at the reception window for many minutes trying to schedule follow-up appointments while office workers appear oblivious to my presence while simultaneously engaged in personal conversations. It's a strikingly unfortunate contrast to the Dr.'s professionalism which I hope will be addressed and improved."
