Dr. Sukhjender Goraya

"My mom has been seeing Dr. Goraya for some time now, but ever since he changed his staff, the quality of patient care has drastically declined. The staff has been unprofessional, with long waits even for simple procedures like blood draws, and they’ve failed to call patients when results are abnormal. In one instance, my mom had an active infection and had to seek immediate care elsewhere. While Dr. Goraya is an excellent internist, he needs to be aware that his staff is negatively impacting his practice. They are difficult to communicate with, show little empathy, and have a poor attitude toward patients. Thankfully, I was able to switch my mom to another internist. Dr. Goraya, if you read this, please address the behavior of those who are undermining your practice."

"DO NOT....... use this office as your health care provider. First of all the staff ( girls working the front) don't care about your time. I scheduled an appointment in advance, they called me and left a message the day of the appointment an hour beforehand to let me know the doctor was not going to be in, I was already on my way there. Second, I make another appointment while I'm there for the following week Wednesday and when I get there for the second appointment I've already rescheduled the office is closed. The office manager Wendy was so kind (not) to inform me that the office is closed and I would have to call and schedule another appointment. Mind you, you have to pay for parking there and they usually validate your ticket so you only pay half. Wendy refused. Not only are they irresponsable, non compationet, rood, but they do not value your health or your time. Do not use this office, they have horrible service. You'll never get an appointment. This office gets a - 0."
