"Dr. Batta is a horrible doctor! The front desk are also horrible. I’ve been going to him for a little over 3 years and each time I see him the visits get worse or I’m not able to even get an appointment. They schedule you and then call you the day before asking you you come earlier than your crime because he’s leaving and it’s like no I can not I also have a job just like you, I already called out for the schedule appointment the lady literally said “well I don’t know what to tell you” I just hung up on her. Before this time I called with a concerned to try to get an opponent and he says go to urgent care, I’m literally thinking like this isn’t an urgent care problem. How you suppose to be my doctor and tell me to go to urgent care every time I have a concern. I haven’t been seen by him in over 7 months you would think a doctor would want to check on their patients or do courtesy call but no he doesn’t engage, doesn’t seem interested in his patients at all. And then when you finally do get to see him he has a snotty attitude. Why become a doctor if your not GENUINELY there to help. I’m trying to find a new doctor who listens and truly enjoys their job. Also getting apoptosis wild to me because it’s always empty in there when I go but somehow appointments be weeks away and they still call with a problem. I see why Dr. Thalody be packed and they in the same building was on the same floor. I guess people had to choose the best one out the worst choices for that location."

"I will not be continuing with this primary care provider. The front desk staff are great and very nice. I have seen his doctor once or twice before because my other primary unfortunately retired. I called to see if I can get a refill prescription that my previous primary care provider prescribed, but when he retired, my other doctor prescribed it. I get protocols and respect an offices policy, but what I do not respect is being constantly interrupted when trying to explain something, talked to like a child, and asking what do I need it for as if I'm making it up when I have a history and currently being treated for my condition. His tone was disgusting, condescending, and was shocked the way he spoke with me. You can explain things to patients without jumping down their throats and being nasty."

"For months now, I have been informing Sanjay Batta about a chronic cough I have. Mr. Batta did not physically see me once for my condition. Instead, I was told to go to specialists and/or the ER. My cough has gotten worse and needs to be handled differently now, due to the fact I am pregnant. After reaching out to Mr. Batta again today, he abruptly cut me off and told me he cannot help me and I need to see a specialist. I could not get a word in. I tried telling him I’ve been seeing all the specialists he’s been sending me to. I pleaded, cried, and begged him to help me. I don’t know what he heard, if anything. He ended up hanging up on me. Every time I cough, my stomach hurts. I do not want to lose my child. Mr. Batta has not called to review specialists findings with me. Mr. Batta has not once called to follow up on my treatment or condition. He has not done anything since the start of this treatment to see to any alleviation of my condition. Now, there is an innocent child at risk. I do not believe this individual has any desire to truly practice medicine. He placed a pregnant woman in a high state of stress and fear and hung up."

"Dr.Batta has been my doctor for years and he is the only doctor that I truly trust. For a few years my insurance changed and I could no longer be seen by him. When it changed again and I saw that he was listed I went right back. I never had a doctor who opinion I valued so much. All the years that I have been there the office staff has been superb. It was nice to see familiar faces when I return it just shows what kind of a boss he is that they are dedicated to stay with him. The wait is never long and they recognize you when you walk in which to me means they actually care about the patients."
