"My first visit there was a few weeks ago and I went in close to my appointment time. The tech doing the mammography was very nice. While I was waiting inside for my turn one of the other techs was arguing with another co-worker she walked past me about 10 times to keep going back in and saying more to the other tech. It was the most unprofessional thing I had seen. She would go in and say a few things and then come out and whisper to the other workers about what was going on...terrible. I sat there waiting my turn and if I was dressed at that point I probably would have left. Once my films were done and compared to last year's records from my previous place (when working in NYC) they asked me to come in for some additional testing. We made the appointment and I went in yesterday. I was told that I needed one more test but they should know best since they are calling and making the appointment. I get there and there is a lot of back and forth with what I need done. I hear my name mentioned so I go up to the desk to let them know it is me and what I was told but I am here so whatever needs to be done is fine. The same tech that was arguing last time I was there is the one speaking the back and forth as to what I need but never looks at me or addresses me. I said I am here so whatever is needed is fine so you would think they would make it happen. After sitting there over an hour and I have not had one test done or spoken to. I can hear others annoyed that they leave at 4pm so why would a patient be put on their schedule for 4pm...guessing again that this could be me we are still all speaking of. The woman at front desk then calls me aside to say that I will need 2 tests but they cannot fit me in. In total I was away from my remote desk for 2 hours and had nothing done. A total waste of my time and now I had to work 2 hours later to make that time up. I have asked for my records and I would not recommend this place at all. You are already sitting there with a health concern and this is how one is treated. Terrible!!! I am back to square one and now have to start the process all over. I wouldn't trust them to do anything with the amount of care one should have. I will be writing a letter with the names because this is just not professional in any sense of the word!"
"The reception personnel, specifically the woman in the center seat, could not be ruder if she tried. She snaps at patients and on the day I was there, arrived late, her co-worker to the left with the dark hair was handling everything on her own and when someone asked her a simple question, she yelled at them “I just got here, let me settle in. Just sit down”. I was aghast at how she could get away with this when the customers are those who are ill and should be treated with respect."
