"My mother and I have been going to Dr.Scott for over 5 years. And I dread every time I have to go for my annual. I’m writing this review because I have officially had the last straw. Dr. Scott is knowledgeable and professional. But the doctor’s office biggest problem is TIME MANAGEMENT. He takes approximately 1-2 hours per patient. I work in the medical field and some medical assessments shouldn’t take too long like blood pressure reading. Now slow is acceptable if the patient have predisposing conditions. I am in my 20s with no medical comorbidities. He spends 10 mins with me each time. But I wait 3+ HOURS to be seen. If you do a walk in…you wait hours, you have an appointment…you still wait hours. One time I waited 3 hours to read a PPD which took 2 mins to do and I was out the door. A lot of the work load could be passed off to medical assistants like blood draws, urine/specimen collections, blood pressure readings (which he still does manually). If you like sitting in an office for over 2 hours then this is the place for you. If not then go to another doctor."
"Who ever is unsatisfied and charged a lot for *free test* there is a lawsuit that you can join. *read below* "A couple who was double-billed for visits to get “free” COVID tests has filed a lawsuit Monday that could recoup millions of dollars from a Brooklyn-based physicians group. Sabine Schumacher and Linda Cunningham filed the class-action suit in Brooklyn Supreme Court against CareCube, seeking more than $10 million in damages — for anybody who was overcharged by the company. The company, which operates 20 storefront testing sites across four boroughs, sent surprise bills starting last year to patients who thought they were getting free services, as first reported by THE CITY.""
"I am so disappointed. Just changed my doctor to this place and my first visit was the worst experience I ever had in a hospital. My appointment was suppose to be 1:20pm and the waiting time was horrible. I saw the doctor 5:08pm. I don’t understand why time appointments are made when your not entering at that time. This is my first and last time visiting this place. Totally going to change my doctor."
"This Carecube clinic is a scam. I went here in November for a PCR test and was told I could use my health insurance to cover the fee. I get a bill 3 months stating I owe $150. Why would this company take my insurance card, tell me I’m fully covered then send me a bill. I contacted the clinic and was told to email Carecube. I emailed Carecube and they never replied back to my email concerning the bill.The clinic staff was very unprofessional and did nothing to resolve this issue. Please avoid this clinic at all cost."
