"Unprofessional, these people hung up on me 3 times and then placed me on a 20 min hold after calling a 4th time. Whoever works at the front needs to be fired asap bc all these views are saying the same thing ! It’s disgusting!"

"I called several times, and no one answers the phone. The answering machine states they are open, you can't leave a message because their voice mail is full. No one picks up at the number to their answering service. The answering service recording tells you to call during office hours. I went there personally and there is a sign at the door that they are closed until January 2 while their answering machine message said they were open. This is unacceptable service."

"Dr. Munoz is a great doctor, my family and I have been coming here for a few years now. Front desk staff is nice and helpful (in person) my only complaint is that they never answer the phone. That’s the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars."
