"I am through with this doctor. I am looking for one that cares for their patients. If you value your time, find another doctor. I wish I could just leave zero stars. I’ll click 1 so I can post. Ok. Full disclosure. In the first few years with Doctor Roberto Robinson, I have never found a more attentive, more caring professional, ever, before him. Then PROMINIS took over. PROMINIS, a horror for the last 5 and more years. You will no longer be seen by Doctor Robinson but for a 30 second summary; you will be attended by a substitute. You will never reach his office reception by phone unless you have the patience for long waits followed by disconnects and repeated redialings. Don’t ever run low on medications; you’ll be lucky to get an electronic prescription to your pharmacy timely. If you do get it on time, that’s because you’ve spent days trying to reach them, and hours on hold, only to be scheduled for a video visit with no one you know who sends in an emergency prescription for only one month. Take your medical card somewhere else or share in the pain."

"I started coming here when I moved into Park Slope back in 1997. That was long before they became affiliated with Prominis a couple of years ago. Dr. Robinson worked under Dr. Clark Lopez who stayed my doctor until shortly after my sons were born 2004-2006. Since then, I've been primarily seen by Dr. Robinson as Dr. Lopez isn't there anymore (Did I miss the goodbye party?) Anyway, I think Dr. Robinson does a great job. Whenever I have a real issue he takes the time to talk to me. If I have a problem with a diagnosis or treatment he gives me, then we have open dialogue about it so we both understand each other. Yes, the wait times can be unpredictable. I've experienced very short and very long wait times at this office. I honestly don't think any doctors office can guarantee that there won't be times when people will have to wait longer than expected."

"I was praying that I would get another doctor like the one I had when I lived in Miami. Fortunately, my prayer was answered when I was recommended to Dr. Roberto Robinson. Unlike one reviewer, I found the staff to be very helpful and considerate. As for the good doctor, he seems to be genuinely concerned about his patient. When my opinion differs from his, he would take the time to explain the reasons for his point of view. As a diabetic patient, I couldn't be happier knowing I am in good hands with Dr. Roberto Robinson."

"Dr. Robinson is an amazing doctor that my daughter, my father, my ex and myself have go to for treatment for over 6 years. The staff is very personable and welcoming. I always feel comfortable and the wait time is reasonable. Dr. Robinson takes a genuine interest in his patients and I never feel rushed."
