"This clinic is the definition of poor service from staff and physicians. They are never on schedule. It's always hour + behind. The bottleneck seems to be poor scheduling, the availability of physicians and the lack of physicians. I believe that a more experienced administrative staff vs. students doing externship or being new to industry is a challenge as well. The staff lacks front facing experience. Additionally they don't appear happy in their roles which comes off as they don't care. With the high volume a more experienced staff should be working here. You pay discounted wagesit equals poor quality of service."

"This place takes forever to get to you. If you have things to do in the day, you have to cancel everything cause you will spend the whole day here for free. Time is not valued here at all, even if you have an appointment. The doctors are nice but they lack time management skills which is an issue at this office. I've been going to them for a while but I'm looking for a newer place, I hate changing doctors but my time is valuable and I dint have time to just sit in an office for 3-4 hours just waiting."

"So I've been in and out of hospitals/clinics my whole life due to multiple health issues. Dr. Gonzalez literally has been the only doctor who has ever helped me without any issues. He lets me speak and truly listens. He has helped me find and get the right help and equipment for my health which sadly it took 30 yrs trying to get from other doctors. I've been able to find out so much and get the right help now. He takes his time with each patient and it's never too crowded. I'm always in and out with no problem. Been coming here for over a year and will continue to do so."
