"Had a great experience working the Bernard for sports focused physical therapy. I had been dealing with repeated calf strains over the course of a year. I decided to go to StylexStrength and get some personalized PT and can't recommend it enough! Through a tailored program he helped me return to playing soccer and running. I especially appreciated his focus during sessions and his encouragement to make sure I was giving 100% effort. I also loved the overall vibe in the the gym area where it felt tailored towards athletes and performance (I've gone to other PT places where no one else was trying to return to sports). So this felt like a comfortable fit for me. The equipment had more of a gym feel (in a lot of cases being actual standard gym equipment) and the way the room is setup feels like a private gym. An environment which makes me want to go in to PT. He'd give me exercises to do between sessions so I could slowly builds strength and return to my activities of choice. Going weekly and then every two weeks helped keep me honest as far as the workouts. I'm continuing doing the workouts on my own and plan to go back in for more general pr / advice around weight lifting and things like that."
"Behind is tranquil attitude Bernard is fully focused on you and your objectives or challenges. He will ask you as many questions as he think necessary to fully understand your condition before applying all his knowledge and experience to develop a specific program for you. Every cession some new exercises and the core ones. Every cession a detailed catchup to understand what you did and how you feel since the previous one. "I've had a great experience with Bernard. I started working with him ~9 months ago because I was having lower back issues from lifting. This has been a pattern for me - every time that I have started lifting a lot I wind up getting injured and need to stop so I've never really been able to consistently get stronger. Bernard quickly identified what my issues were and helped me fix them. I now see him every other week to keep myself on track and fixing any problems that come up. Working with Bernard has kept me healthy and kept me lifting. I'm stronger than I've ever been and only getting stronger baby! On top of that, I like the guy. I always enjoy our sessions together. 10/10 recommend."
"Dr. B is exceptionally knowledgeable, and his care is truly best of the best. I began working with him after a stress fracture in my ankle, and he helped guide me all the way from being in a boot back to several half marathons. Through every step of the way, he made adjustments based on how I was progressing, and after I was back to racing, he continued to help me build strength and made sure I was doing everything I needed to in order to prevent another injury. "I tore my ACL skiing and went through the usual 6 months of rehab. A few months before this year's trip, I wasn't feeling as confident as I wanted and began training with Bernard to not just rehab my knee but build up my strength. I can say with certainty that my legs have never been stronger and my ski trip was a success. I continue to see him once a week and appreciate his attention to detail and insistence on me using proper form with each exercise as it makes the work all that much more effective and efficient. He packs a lot into the hour! Highly recommended for rehab and/or personal fitness."
