"I don’t know much about dermatology and if you know me I’m a very nice and polite guy… but I know about customer care, possibly a tad more (or maybe quite a bit more) than Doc Tinley Chen. When you go in to talk about skin problems or questions, you hope to encounter empathy and learn something valuable- NOT to be derided for not memorizing the brand name of steroidal cream her predecessor prescribed to me for three years straight in the very same room (of which she has no record), or to be taken lightly as if you are somewhat dumb or as if you’re maybe possibly even lying about the medications you’ve been taking for years, accompanied by scornful half-answers and “it’s up to you”s when asking questions about your health and paying full price to get the answers. For the first time in this country, I almost got up and walked out of the examination room. Then remembered I am the customer and a bigger person than that and that she may even be the greatest doctor on Earth, but she knows nothing about how to treat people.. and people take notice and ultimately pay it back. And if you work in this place, I hope you speak up against this type of miserable insecure doctors. First and last time going here. Ps. I took a business card to leave this review and when I walked out saw one torn in pieces exactly on the doorstep of the main exit to the street ha, made me think she might have upset someone else already right before me. Just sad. Two stars instead of one just because she gave me some prescriptions I needed (but again not the ones i needed refills on, so not sure I trust someone who doesn’t listen and might have to do this expensive visit again)"

"My experience at Dermatology Specialists was pleasant. The office is clean and bright. The front desk was welcoming. The doctor, who did not introduce himself, was knowledgeable about my issue. He explained in detail what he was doing and what to expect. He provided me with products to address aftercare. I waited a week to give this review to see if the results he predicted would happen. This doctor knows his craft at least with regard to my issue. I am happy with my results."

"Today was good. I was well attended and felt welcomed. The front desk was helpful and patient. So was the assistant of the doctor or the woman who checks you in and write down the reason for your visit. The doctor was helpful. He provided proper instructions and everything helped me for my visit. Although I didn’t understand why I had to pay $40. But grateful anyways. Recommend!"

The doctor was patient with me and gave me actionable feedback for next steps. The decor was cool and relaxing with eclectic nunchuks hanging on the wall and a modern polished concrete floor with sliding doors and sleek appointments. Already looking forward to my next treatment."
