AdvantageCare Physicians - Bedford Medical Office

"I had chosen this clinic to do my urine sample for my new job because it was close to home, figured just a quick in & out type of deal. I came in found the direct area that was for what i needed. Honestly after inputting my info to the ipad it said 30-60 minute wait time. I was here for a little over 3 hours. The original explanation of whats supposed to be a 30 minute process turned into to more than 3 hours of my day could have been communicated. But staff in that direct area aren’t attentive. After i explained to a specific gentleman in the urine & blood work area that i was sent for employment & my boss stated to me that the process would be very quick. He response was “well your boss told you wrong” sometimes it isn’t what you say its how you say it! As well while i was in the building i experienced an elderly lady who was in the building since 11:00am waiting to be seen for blood work. Poor lady probably hadn’t eaten she was frustrated trying to get her blood work done. The same nurse that made that remark to me told her “ Appointments come first” & walked off after she was trying to explain that she had a later appointment. My over point is, from what i saw today if i was injured and my only option was this clinic im telling the driver to take me to a vet instead the treatment was equivalent!"

"I left a form to be filled up by doctor after blood work results. 5 days later after the blood work, I called and reminded them to mail the form without delay 2 times. Unfortunately, they didn't complete the form and mailed it for 5 days. So, I had to physically visit the office next week. Again they tried to say, I have come back when the form will be ready."

"I sent a message almost 2 weeks ago with no response! They need a new management to insure messages are being answered by their staff! Forget about calling because nobody is logged in to answer incoming calls! This is the 1st and last time I would ever deal with this office! Also administration is a joke nobody ever got back to me!"

"Dr. Jeffrey Salalac who works at this office currently doesn’t have a license to prescribe medication if you’re on Medicaid. Pharmacies won’t accept prescriptions sent by this doctor making your retrieval process long and difficult. The doctor does not communicate this to people so please be aware! Not receiving your medication routinely could potentially be life-threatening (depending on the prescription you need). I just want to warn people who want to use this doctor as their Primary Care Physician to not even try him."

"Trash. Walked around the office being told to go back and forth up and down stairs ended up. being late to my appointment. Given attitude by lady at the front desk. Mean while was I'll with covid the entire time. So unorganized and unprofessional. Staff and Dr. KIRA were slow, rude and not careful. Went in for a covid and flu test. Waited saw the Dr who scowled the who time. Was told that I had to be seen as a new patient and would have a physical so I canceled my physical I had scheduled. Wait for an eternity then only get tested for covid. No blood work nothing. Now I have to make a new appointment. Dr. KIRA Thompson who ordered the test rudely gave me Dr. Note for covid but didn't even follow up on her own notes for blood work. She isn't even board certified. Quack..... Wont be back to this location."
