"Firstly, I love Dr Smalls. But I don't know if it's her staff or just the enormous amount of patients she has. Everytime I have an issue with the insurance company (changing their rules)and trying to get my medication it's like a circus. Because the insurance changed how I would get my medication I had to get another prior authorization from Dr Small. I called it in a week ago. I called the on line drug store Express Scripts they didn't have a prior authorization from the doctor and they just hung up(a separate complaint). So, I called the doctor's office. I explained I haven't had my medication in over two weeks and I called a week ago to have the Dr put in a prior authorization. Although the receptionist was polite she just said I will make a note of it. I truly don't understand why it's so hard to get the message to the doctor and put in my authorization so I can receive my medication. Thus, is not the first or the second time I've had problems with getting my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I really hope the doctor can fix this process. Like I said in the beginning I love my Doctor but the prescription situation is horrible."

"I called to make an appointment today 12/11/2023 at 10:30 am because I heard Doctor smalls was a good doctor . Now I am taking myself to another doctor . The front desk is so disgusting and I’m calling the higher up to get this situated."

"I only started coming to this office beginning of 2023, first visit I was aggravated because of the wait but upon meeting Dr smalls I felt better because she is a nice woman. My 2nd visit I had a concern and got an appointment few days later and the Dr I seen that time not Dr smalls another black woman (don’t remember her name) listened very well to my concerns but again the wait time was too long. Now today this is my third time at this office and more than likely the last time I will come to this office. As a black woman it took me a very long time to find a black female dr and to find one and it’s an office that clearly overbooks because this is just ridiculous. The office is small, I came in today this office was packed to capacity and I just don’t understand WHYYYY spread the appointment times out more so there aren’t so many ppl waiting it’s not hard. The staff at the front desk HORRIBLE. No offense to Medicaid patients because everyone should be treated equally but I pay wayyyyy too much money in weekly for my health insurance to have to wait in a lobby for 40 plus minutes than go to the back and you still have to wait in a room another 40 minutes just to see the Dr. this will definitely be my last time here honestly I’m not even sure if I’m going to wait to complete this appointment I’m about to walk out and end this relationship with this office."
