"I have had a terrible experience with the office staff/administration at Tru Medical. My doctor was fine but I was charged for an appointment that under my insurance should have been free. When I called into ask I was told that my appointment had been listed as a sick visit, even though when making the appointment I wrote that it was just an annual checkup, which I then verbally reaffirmed to the front desk and doctor. 4 months later I still can’t get them to remove the charge. Now I’ve discovered that apparently another appointment was made for me without my knowledge. There is no way to cancel this appointment online and every time I call the office I get a busy signal. I expect this is another attempt to get more money out of me for what should have been a one-time free visit. I will never be visiting this office again and if you like keeping your money I would recommend you don’t either"
