"My sister had her appointment for the first time today, we arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic and because she couldn't leave her school early, before arriving I called 5 times to find out if they could still attend to her or if I should cancel the appointment but NO ONE answered. When we arrived, the TERRIBLE receptionist, the first thing she said in a rude manner was that she was going to cancel the appointment because she could no longer attend to it. I explained the whole situation to her and she told me that it wasn't her problem because she was alone at the front desk and that She couldn't answer the phone. What kind of professional is this? If I could give fewer stars I would. Obviously I didn't make a new appointment and obviously I won't bring my sister to this place again. TERRIBLE SERVICE."

"I’ve moved here from brooklyn and was looking for a closer office and most importantly a dr that would listen to my concerns. Dr Pulatov listens doesn’t rush really thinks how he can help you. trust me I’ve seen 10 drs for my situation and have gotten the run around no explanations eye rolls told to read about it I was fed up. Now I don’t even have to pay train fare I can wobble over lol and see a dr right in my neighborhood and he cares. PS the receptionist is funny and nice and makes you feel welcomed an important."
