"I am seeing this doctor now for over 5yrs, he is very fast, it take five minutes. I am giving him a one star because he is not a doctor you can sit and talk to about your health and he suck at giving a professional type notes. He needs to get rid of his medical assistance he didn't want to take my EKG and can't assist the doctor to type a professional letter. If you need a physical note forget about it."
