"This place is very unprofessional not to mention the Dr has a lot to work on his own attitude. And don’t get me started on the receptionists here, no one ever seems to want to do their job. Lack of consideration over their patients. Will not be returning!"

"My family and I have been going to this doctors office since the 1997. Unfortunately we all had to find other doctors because this location is very unprofessional. The girls answering the phones and who sits at the front are rude. As a healthcare professional myself, I hope to never be this way to my patients. This office needs to retrain staff on how to communicate effectively and place patient needs first. One time I went there because I was in so much pain, I told the receptionist that I didn’t have an appointment and she told me I had to wait, which was fine by me. I waited and waited until there were no more patients there and they were getting ready to close when another staff saw me waiting. The receptionist never pulled my chart for me to be seen. I will not be going back there for treatment."

"Not my first time here but each experience wasn’t a good visit. The receptions are rude- no greeting just stare at you or ignores you until she’s ready to talk to you. Not to mention your calls will just ring until they feel like answering. All instances I witnessed firsthand hand while waiting 1 hour plus to see Dr.Hassan. Towards the end of my wait the doctor walked into the building to finally see his patients for the day. Once he had the time to see me- he cut me off, stated he can’t help me and he say sent in a referral. After I tried again to plead my case and explained the help that I needed Dr. Hassan yelled at me and said “I can’t help, go to the hospital”. I have never been belittled so much in my life. I’m not an argumentative person so it completely sucks to be yelled at when you’re begging for help. Save yourself the shame Dr.hassan is not the doctor you need, want or should ever have to encounter."

"My family have been going here for many years but the service (front desk and doctor) is beyond disgusting. I don’t know what Hassan is waiting for to replace these two receptionists… no one is irreplaceable in life. My mother came here to do liver tests because it was recommended for her. Guess what? They lost the blood results, and the two front staff personnel refused to admit responsibility when they were the only ones to send out my mother’s blood result that day. They had the audacity of trying to blame a new staff member, when I clearly remember that those personnel staff were there that day. To make it worse, Hassan was defending them. They told my mom to come several times to pick up the results. Hassan even tried to guess the results! And that’s when my mom had enough and reported them to her insurance. These people are playing around with patients. Run from this place. I had the sense of getting a new doctor many years ago… finally my mom is convinced as well to go to another doctor."
