"Today I tried calling to speak to the Dr about my thyroid appt at lenox hill radiology, the receptionist was very rude ans she hung up on me because I asked her If she give dr my cell to call me because I have to.ask questions about my prescription so i can have my BIOPSY done for the THYROID situation . Receptionist are there to help ans they are very rude , especially this one this morning it's about my health and a BIOPSY not a regular call but they r not reliable or responsible and doesn't care about thr patient as far as I know the patient needs and wants comes 1st and foremost not the receptionists."

"This has to be the worst dr office ever ! The workers are horrible anyone they put to work never does there job correctly ! You can’t even call them they never answer the phone or they put you on hold n forget about you , I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !"

"Update: I have to remove 1 star. Dr. Rodionova is a nice person. She has a lot of patients. However, after 5 phone calls on 3 different days I didn't get my prescribed medication. After my office visit and my prescription was written for a serious health condition, Front desk staff Rohanie claimed I wasn't prescribed said medication. I had to argue with her to even look into my chart, read and send the prescription. She claims there was no notes for antibiotics. But she lied to me multiple times. I asked to speak to the doctor or someone else but she keeps saying no one else is there, but she will leave a note, another lie. I had to call back again the next day. Then they needed prior authorization and she wouldn't do it and have the doctor call me back. So I'm left without medication or communication. That is unacceptable. Does anyone else experience this? Takes a lot of coordination to get them to receive and send medication or medical records or complete forms. She tries her best but the doctor and staff seem overwhelmed. And they don't really care to help. I feel rushed and don't understand my condition. The office is old, but doctor is nice."

"This is my second time here for an annual check up. My first time was a little wait maybe a 2 hour wait. This second time my appointment was at 4:30 and once I knew it was my turn to go which happened to be at 7pm because it was such a long wait….. I got skipped. I spoke to the front desk lady and she told me a different doctor would take me in. Why do I have to wait if I already waited 3 hours just to get skipped. I will never return back here. Take this into consideration when booking with them. Very disorganized and not the cleanest office either with a very very long wait."

"The doctor was really nice but not as attentive as I would have liked. I was one of 3 in the office at the time and she seemed to rush a bit but I liked her. The older lady at the reception isn’t too friendly, Martha the nurse who took care of me is a beautiful soul. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she succeeded. The office can use a makeover as you can see. By the time I walked out of the back room the place was packed and some were standing."
