Best Medical Care, PC. - Specialty Office

"Spoke to Fazia, 7/17/24- 4:15pm She answers the phone and says, "Hello, can I help you?" I begin to explain my issue, that I have been attempting to get medical records faxed over, and she puts me on hold as I am STILL TALKING. I am astounded that a medical office staff can behave in such a manner; she resumes the phone and asks for my DOB- WITHOUT APOLOGIZING For the fact that she put me on hold to speak to another coworker while I was still speaking. I looked for to talk with the manager to report such unpleasant behavior from a doctor my entire family visits, and she began acting with an attitude that I should be able to understand and gave me a "petty apology." Bravo to everyone who visits here. As an Indian, I would have expected these offices to be a little more hospitable and friendly but this is not how ANYONE should be treated. I understand that medical office can be difficult to work in but that's no excuse in being extremely unprofessional and giving unnecessary attitude. How could someone be so inconsiderate? I don't want my family to come here because of this unpleasant, nasty behavior. As a medical professional, I can never treat any of my patients in such a way. If the management of this office is reading this review, please send the medical data I have been requesting."

"Their doctors are well professional however the assisting staffs are very rude especially those are attending over the phone. I suggest them to engage more polite and cordial staff who are interacting directly."

"Unfortunately, this is the most disorganized, most undisciplined, most irresponsible clinic!! I know many people in my neighborhood that go to "best" medical care and many of them are dissatisfied, and each of them have at least a few of their own family members who also complain about this place. I warn everyone I know and to those who are reading this, avoid this clinic at all costs ESPECIALLY if you don't want to wait 2/3 hours for an appointment just so they can read your results ... and when you're actually sick they're unavailable. 1 star"

"Worst experience of my life. I chose a doctor at this clinic from my insurance website to be my designated PCP based on good reviews. However when I went to make an appointment I was told that doctor was on vacation but they’d be happy to make me an appointment with another doctor at the same clinic. I needed a medical work up done sooner rather than later so I agreed. When I arrived I was told I MUST make the doctor I had the appointment with my PCP in order to be seen. I found this strange so I called my insurance and asked if this was true. The confirmed it was not true at all. My insurance then called the clinic to clarify things. My insurance representative told me the person they spoke with believes I was told this because that doctor didn’t speak Spanish. 1. I don’t speak Spanish so to assume that is just ridiculous 2. I spoke to the woman at the front desk in English. I made my appointment in English. I don’t know what they were trying to pull but I do not trust them with my health care and will be looking for a new doctor entirely. I will never step foot back in this place!"

"I called into this medical office a few days back to ask for my reports and there was a doctor named “shahziya” who was so rude and disrespectful, she was yelling and was impatient. I was just trying to ask for my reports and she yelled on the phone. Whenever I go into the office the employees are so rude and they make me wait for 2 and a half hours. I just wanted everyone to be aware of these people and I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all! This office also gives the the weirdest vibes. I feel like I’m trapped."
