"The receptionist make patients life impossible when it comes to appointments. They get really condescending and rude if you cant make it to an appointment due to work and won’t squeeze you in. They grin at your face and enjoy seeing you frustrated no matter how bad you need the appointment. However, they will squeeze you in the first time so they can get you as a patient and bill your insurance. I decided to stop getting care there due to the customer service attitude. The midwives rush and dismiss pregnancy concerns. No standards. Bill your behind from now own"

"Had a terrible experience from OBGYN. I was told consulation is fine from the doctor so I assume consulation was to get knowledge and information. Instead, the minute I was brought to the room, I was told to change my clothes for pap smear. Despite verbalizing I don't feel comfortable, I was still asked to do so twice and the medical assistant had a rude attitude about it when I refused the pap smear. The person who I spoke to also was neither kind nor patient with her bedside manners when I verbalize discomfort. What kind of place asks you to change clothes right away without asking if you're comfortable doing it and still proceeds to ask when you denied to do so? Extremely disappointed. This also happen at the 1st pcp visit with the new doctor on 4/2024 as well where I was ask to move to bed despite expressing my discomfort more than once. I honestly do not understand how come patients voices are not being heard by the medical assistants and nurses while working at a job that requires so much people interaction. Right away, I call asking to speak to management about the lack of consideration and care from the nurses. This never happen at former doctor visits. Lastly, if and when you call the front desk, most times they usually are rude, dismissive, or impatient.One thing that I appreciate was Dr. Sha Zhu the pediatrician who I saw previously. She was a great pcp who always listen and had great bedside manners. Sad that I had to switch from her as I got older."

"I went to their other location before being referred here. The office was understaffed and receptionists couldn’t really bother to care. Wait time was okay and nothing had to be filled out. While waiting for the doctor. The nurses inaccurately measured my height and grabbed me without consent. The appointment went fine with the doctor trying to persuade me into purchasing a product for something that was never in my concern. Needless to say, I wont be returning."

"This practice is great! Both my kids come here for pediatrics, dental, and and more. The staff are friendly and responsive, speak several languages/dialects, and make calls beforehand to confirm the appointment and afterward to follow-up. I have friends and coworkers who come her for internal medicine, women's health, and other services."

"My daughter had been seeing a pediatrician here for last 3 years. I liked all the doctors we saw here, they are very patient with kids and caring. However, the wait time is beyond awful, and I decided to find another office who can value patients’ time . We usually wait 20-40mins until we go inside the room and there's more waits between each procedures. We usually have to spend at least 1.25 hours and it's sometimes 2 hours. Today we went in for 10am appointment and we were still waiting at 10:30am. They opens at 9am in the morning and 1 hour later, there was already more than 30mins wait. When I complained about the wait time of each visit, they decided to be rude and gave me the attitude. They said " the doctor is seeing someone else, and it’s running late. What do you want me to do?" After I saw a doctor, the front desk lady pointed at me and talked to another worker in Chinese, and they almost yelled at me when I asked them a simple question. We stepped out this clinic at 11:25am for 10am appointment, and we didn’t even see the doctor I made an appointment with. I understand sometimes the wait time is out of their control, but considering the frequency and the length of waiting time here, it’s definitely management’s fault. And the front desk workers attitude today was just unacceptable. They were even aware that this doctor's appointments always runs late, and they were so annoyed when I told them the fact of them being late every time."
