"Disgusting practice. Came over for an annual exam, got charged extra for an office visit for answering doctor’s questions. Doctor was inattentive and tried to push extras. I had a horrible migraine during my visit and they didn’t even have water to offer. Horrible, I will not come back."

"Please do not come here unless you have Medicaid insurance that covers anything. This place is very fraudulent up charging the code of insurances to get higher reimbursement. I was told I need a procedure for my constant nasal congestion and they didn’t notify me about my deductible or copay as they said they would when sending preauthorization to the insurance. They send me $2500 bill after procedure was done. No one wants to admit they didn’t notify me prior to the procedure and instead of resolving the issue after multiple attempts talking to the manager, biller, doctor everyone gives run around and send me to collection. Do yourself a favor find a different office for your medical needs the one that takes responsibility of patient care!"

"The front desk staff and billing department do not know what they are doing. Do not trust this office and do not get services here. They provide incorrect information about being in network and try to double charge you for services provided. I have been on multiple phone calls over 20 minutes with billing each time and have not received useful help. I have the confirmation for payment on my credit card and UHC app. It shows that the payment was accepted by the provider but Summit Health still refuses to acknowledge that I made the payment. Terrible service. I will never use Summit Health again and I would recommend you do not."
