"When I first walked into the office I was very nervous. This quickly changed as I was met with two smiles and a very warm greeting. The front desk assistants are very professional and answered all my questions before and after seeing the Doctor. An EKG was done and the medical assistant was caring and professional. Doctor Keisha Jegede-Gabbidon is warm and professional. She took her time answering all my questions and concerns after her examination. One very important concern she expressed was being truthful to her about medical issues and medicines so she would know how to help me. I really respected this and was able to regroup and start over with my history. The office and examination room was neat and clean. ."

"I put 4 stars of 5 to leave room for improvement otherwise I would have rated 5. I was seen quickly after filling the first time patient forms. The support staff were pretty good in their respective roles. FNP Jegede-Gabbidon’s manner was a breath of fresh air. She appears to be adept at putting the patient at ease. I received my referrals quickly and they were accompanied with information on the various labs in the area and specialists I could choose from, which I really appreciated. I was pleased with my overall visit experience."

"I was very happy with the front desk staff they both were very professional , well trained amazing job excellent. I was not happy with the Dr she was more into herself and not care about my issue . She called me to discuss my results and I think she is playing games after calling me 8 times she said she lost my results from her data base and never called me back . She is very unprofessional I will call my insurance company to change her . Still waiting for my result it’s been over 7 days ."
