"Got here at 10am for a 10,30am annual check up, came in 30m early as requested, it’s 11,30 and I’m still waiting in a room packed with sick people. Update: Manager called me and explained what happened. Went there for a second appointment and everything went well. Everyone’s nice and professional so I updated from 1 to 5 stars. Mistakes happen."

"I would like to first thank Yvonne who was the nurse that registered me at the front desk. She is very proactive and fast at checking me in. I didn't have to wait long when I was called by my nurse and then saw my Dr. Dr Sequeria is very attentive and understood all my concerns the nurse Jennifer drew blood, I did not feel the pinch! She was amazing! I have been to other places and have had bad experiences with drawing blood but she made it a really confortable process. I have been coming to this office for the last two years for my physicals and never had a problem."

"I've received a bill form a laboratory service (Quest Diagnostics) which was order from this place Health First Associates, which I have never ever been there. This place is a scam. I wouldn't trust a doctors office which tries to scam people. I've called and spoke to a very helpless girl who said I need to go in person and bring in that bill in order for them to be able to try to resolve the issue. I have a busy schedule, surely I can't do that. I asked if I could fax or email, she said they don't take faxes and they don't have an email. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!"
