"I came here once and that was enough for me. Lying and the worst hospital, and will never use this hospital again. Staff needs a better attitude. They need a course on customer service. Idk how half of these people have jobs. Don't go here, go to Beth Israel or something. Wish I could do 0 stars. No good hospital"

"09/01/2024 My wife and daughter and I were there at 5pm in the Mammography service department. The attendant who was there was stupid and rude. She served us very rudely; stressed and rude. My wife had an appointment with the Doctor for a mammogram at 5pm and we received very bad treatment and heard unpleasant words. People like that shouldn't work in places that have to deal with human beings; Let alone in a hospital where others are going in need of help. Please think about some workers because this hospital is very well spoken about their work and I believe there are many professionals who are excellent and don't know what's going on. Thanks."

"Had a collections bill to discuss that blindsided me and thought my insurance covered. Never got the bill because of an error in my address, luckily I did get the collections letter. Been trying to contact the hospital for over a month and I've been getting the run around and voice mail. I hope if I ever need medical help in the future it's no where near this place."

"I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the staff at University Hospital . To put it simply, I have never experienced such a disappointing level of service before. The staff's behavior was absolutely appalling, with their rudeness and complete lack of attention to my concerns. I felt disrespected and unheard throughout the entire phone call. As if their poor attitude wasn't bad enough, the staff's complete inability to listen to my needs and address my concerns was truly baffling. I attempted to voice my issues and provide requested information, but it seemed like they weren't interested in listening at all. They repeatedly interrupted me, cutting me off mid-sentence, and dismissing my questions without even attempting to understand my perspective. It was highly unprofessional and showed a complete disregard for customer service standards. To make matters worse, when attempting to reach out to the staff over the phone to escalate my concerns, they outright hung up on me. This unacceptable behavior only further highlights their lack of professionalism and respect towards their customers. It was disheartening to be treated in such a manner and left me feeling frustrated and ignored. It is truly disheartening to have had such a negative experience with University Hospital. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to think twice and consider alternative options. The level of service provided by the staff is simply unacceptable. They need to seriously reassess their approach towards customer service, as their current attitude is detrimental to both their reputation and the happiness of their clientele. In conclusion, my experience with University Hospital was incredibly disappointing. The rude and inattentive staff, who not only failed to listen but also hung up on me during a phone call, left me utterly dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that the management takes swift action to rectify these issues and ensures that no other customer has to endure such unprofessional treatment in the future.
